After I heard about the tragedy in Japan, especially for those in Sendai (home of my stepmother’s family), fans and friends, it seemed only natural that I contribute something in someway to help. So with that being said, I am releasing ‘Wings of Faith’ and dedicating it to those affected by this horrible event. The song is a firm reminder for those who are struggling, that by having faith we can overcome all obstacles. All monies generated by the release of this song will go to Red Cross to help those who are in need. I thank you all for coming together at this time of crisis to aid our brothers and sisters. Your support for our friends, my family and those who are suffering is the first step. We must constantly make it our goal to extend help for those who are in need. God bless you all.
Sincerely,
Samantha James

Gather The Women Annual Conference
Our purpose in hosting the GTW conferences is to bring together a diverse group of women to join together in spirit and action to inspire peace first within ourselves, each other and then within our global community. We do this through providing workshops, performances, and our women’s marketplace. Our intention is to provide a sacred space where women can explore, inspire and support one another.

sweet Mr. A., teaching me how to focus
small moments of profundity
- the other day, i was deemed “handy” for helping someone put a key on their keychain. though i’d been offering to be handier with other tasks, i thought that was really lovely. it’s the little things that can help and that i can be grateful to help with.
- we’re all elders of wisdom, even the sweet little woman/little man population of babies, we’re all old souls, all connected. i learn so much from sitting in baby space.
- it’s such a small world, send some heart light and donations to our sisters and brothers in japan. artistically the latest word i’ve heard is the women’s peace collective and samantha james are donating proceeds via artistic endeavors to assist japan. get in where you fit in. even your prayers/good thoughts can reach a long, long way.
- pray/send good thoughts to japan, to nz, to yourself, to your world, with heartmath.
- i’m really grateful to be leading a creatrix workshop in the next little while. in reviewing ideas of how creativity can help you reform and reshape your life experience, it’s definitely informed mine. this big, vast world can seem so small in certain ways. what’s personal is always universal. it’s sweet to remember this.
- recently discovered i have family roots in new orleans. as life progresses, so many archetypes and images and love and life changes make more sense via revelations such as this.
- take heart, stay tuned, remain ever vigilant for life’s profundities, gifts, sweet surprises and healing morsels to savor and celebrate. even in recovering from all sorts of shifting platelets and peoplemover scenarios. the more you notice, the more you’ll notice.
- thank you for all your teaching by being–you, and you, and you.

j
